Managing Director, ZRG Partners
For 25 years I have helped CEOs, founders, and investors put the right people in the right seats. That is the only thing that matters at scale.

I am Employee #1 at ZRG Partners, now a top-10 global executive search firm. I did not join a great firm. I helped build one from scratch, one client relationship and one placement at a time, over 25 years.
I have placed hundreds of executive level searches across Fortune 500 companies, private equity platforms, and high-growth businesses. I have sat across the table from some of the best operators in the country. I know what separates the leaders who scale from the ones who stall.
I also founded Executive Athletes, a community and media platform for executives who still compete at a high level. Leadership and sport have always been connected for me. Both require the same discipline: knowing who belongs on the team and having the conviction to go get them.
I co-won The Death Race. Won the Tuckerman Inferno. Competed at the Olympic Cycling Trials. Raced Division I skiing. Mentored Team USA athletes through the USOC ACE Program. Served on the Board of Friends of Tuckerman Ravine. Still going.
I work with CEOs, founders, and investors on the leadership decisions that determine whether their companies win. Via ZRG Partners, a top-10 global executive search firm.
No intake forms. No junior associates. A direct conversation with someone who has been building leadership teams for 25 years.

Founded in 2010 for executives who still compete at a high level. It grew to sold-out events in six cities and 18,000 members before life intervened. Now it is back, rebuilt as a proper media platform.
Season 2 of the podcast is coming. 52 new episodes. The same mission since day one: show people what is possible when they stop treating fitness and ambition as competing priorities.
If you still train, still race, still push limits, this community was built for you.
